Why MKAP started

Why MKAP Started

Dr. Ibikunle has a lifelong passion for helping people reach their full potential in career, business, and enterprise. He saw capable people stall, not for lack of ability, but for lack of a plan, practical knowledge, and someone further along to learn from. MKAP was created to close that gap.

Our story

Our Story

MKAP held its first live session on December 30, 2023, on setting yourself up for success in the new year. It grew into the MKAP Symposium, a free live session every two months, scheduled so people across North America and Europe can join live together.

In December 2024, MKAP marked its first anniversary with a session on turning professional expertise into entrepreneurial success. Since then, executive coaches, business leaders, and professionals have taught on career development planning, standing out at work, career advancement, resilience after setbacks, and starting over in a new country. In December 2026, MKAP hosts its first in-person event, the Take the Helm Summit in Edmonton.

Priests stands for service, integrity, and purpose. Together they describe the kind of professional and entrepreneur we want to help you become: someone who leads well and stays principled while doing it.
